VIno Volta Description
In our eyes Chenin Blanc is the indisputable star variety of the Swan Valley / District. The vines are a little hard to manage but the results are so worth it. This fruit comes from 25+ year old 'Rockets' vineyard in Upper Swan on Swan Valley Loam.
Tasting Note: Passion Fruit And Lemon / Lime pith at its core, waxy and mealy characters with little preserved lemon. A bit of funk, a bit more texture, focused citrussy acid pulls it through.

The fruit and oak here are in perfect harmony. The 2022 Funky and Fearless Chenin Blanc, which is very consistent with other whites from this warm but excellent year, shows a throttle of fruit that doesn’t let up as the wine travels across the mouth. Complex, intense and consistent, it forges a path across the palate and shows an immense staying power even after the wine has left the mouth. Irrepressible.
