Wild strawberries and cherries rise up out of the glass. This 2021 Single Vineyard Pinot Noir has alpine mint, star anise, raspberry licorice and a hint of green olive tapenade on the nose. In the mouth, the texture is the highlight; this is fresh, detailed and silky, with a host of cranberries and raw cocoa. A beauty, here. Ripe but tight, there’s plenty of time to go. 14% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
