Lost Draw Cellars Description
Lost Draw Cellars has used Pinot Meunier from Letkeman Family Vineyards since the 2017 vintage to make both sparkling and still rosés. This traditional method of sparkling has intense bubbles and depth of character.
This vintage is a vibrant, racingly bubbly rosé wine. Bing cherry and flint layered with brioche and dough notes. A lengthy thyme and berry finish. Full-bodied and deeply colored.
Awarded the highest honor at TexSom Awards in April 2023 - Judges' Selection in the Pet Nat category. Only 19 wines from around the world, of over 2,300 total submissions, were awarded this honor.
