Domaine Henri Latour Description
Seven generations at Domaine Henri Latour et Fils have contributed to the evolution of the estate's 15 hectares of vineyards in the villages of Auxey-Duresses (where the winery is based), Meursault, and Saint Romain. Brothers François and Sylvain have now been at the helm for twenty years, perpetuating their family traditions.
"La Chapelle" is a small 1.28ha parcel that is not a single 1er Cru site per se, but rather a climat that straddles two 1er Crus: "Les Bréterins" and "Reugne" much like the Chablis Grand Cru Cru "La Moutonne" is both within "Les Preuses" and "Vaudésir"
Tasting Note: Bright cherry into bouquet and palate, with pleasant eartiness, present but moderate tannin, fruit leans to generous without flashiness, tannin/acid/fruit well balanced together (Antonio, Burgundy Buyer - March 2025)
