Harvested earlier than in previous years, the slightly reductive 2021 Couto Mixto Tinto fermented and matured exclusively in stainless steel. It has a moderate 12.5% alcohol and a rustic edge, earthy. It's primary and juicy, with some floral notes intermixed with notions of damp earth and tree bark.
