Bieler Pere et Fils Description
This is 100% Clariette as a directy homage to Chateau Simone Blanc in Palette. Charles Bieler's father is Philippe, and this is his favortie white wine and arguably the greatest white wine in Provence. The tech sheet says it is a blend, as it should be by law (but who is telling?), but it only claims 1% of another varietal.
Tasting note: Rich and viscous mouthfeel, golden undertones to fruit, prevaling acidtity even with the richenss, nuttiness into back palate and finishing with a light saltiness. Stunning!
