Tasting Note: Intense golden yellow colour with green hues. On the nose, it is fresh and elegant with notes of white peach and green apple, pineapple and delicate hints of lemon. On the palate, the entire mouth is pervaded by a marked freshness that accompanies the entire tasting experience. The body is voluminous and structured, accompanied by silky tannins that caress the palate. Citrus notes of grapefruit and fresh elderflower emerge. The finish is savoury and persistent, worthy of a great ageing wine.

The 2023 Bianco Da-Di lifts from the glass with a spicy blend of crushed nectarine, lime zest and fermented ginger scents. It's juicy and crisply refreshing with a tinge of sour citrus and brilliant acidity enlivening its core of sour green melon and hints of apricot. This tapers off remarkably fresh as tropical inner florals linger, leaving the mouth watering for more. It's almost impossible to stop at just one glass.
