Francois Lurton buys grapes from neighbors for the 2020 Gran Araucano, a pure Cabernet Sauvignon that is therefore not certified organic or biodynamic. It has a Bordeaux profile, which is even more noticeable with some time in bottle. It's herbal, spicy and varietal but without any eucalyptus. It's quite subtle, and they think it's because they limit extraction, which also avoids the more rustic tannins. 18,000 bottled produced.
