The ruby glass opens with a flood of ripe marionberries as rich, red fruit layers next evolve on a velvety palate with complexities of black tea, olive, and sage which continue to unfold throughout a generous finish.

Dark, dusty and floral, the 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon entices with a blend of crushed blackberries and sweet smoke, complimented by violet pastille. It's silky-smooth yet sleek, with radiant red and black fruits that flow across the palate with ease. The 2020 tapers off with admirable length yet is only lightly structured, leaving hints of dark chocolate and clove.

Made with a splash of Merlot and a kiss of Petit Verdot, the 2020 Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is dark red-fruited with a juicy core of ripe fresh fruit aromas that sway with bitter dark chocolate, hints of oak and spiced red and purple flowers. Medium to full-bodied, it has a tannic mouthfeel that will benefit from additional time in the bottle and will have no challenges aging for another decade. Just over 58,800 bottles were filled after the wine rested for almost two years in 40% new French oak.
